From what I can tell from the wiring diagram for my ‘49 F1 the master cylinder brake switch was to activate the brake lights. I just bought the CPP complete kit. Where have some of you who bought the same kit put the switch? Is there a spot on the prop valve I am missing or are you using one dlfront wheel outlet on the prop valve for the switch and splitting the other later?
I didn’t have 45 minutes today at work to spend on customer service so any help would be appreciated
This is how it came set up from CPP but I disliked the switch because the pedal required a lot of pressure before the brake lights came on so I installed a switch at the pedal instead which worked instantly..
Are you talking about a fluid switch that goes in the brake line? If so, I bought one from Midfifty, POS, failed shortly after I started driving and it leaked fluid out as well. Switched to an electric switch on the pedel.
