73 E100 not starting

73 E100 not starting
My 73 E100 that’s been running perfectly wouldn’t start up this morning. I took the doghouse off and located where the clicking was coming from (see attached video). To my knowledge, it appears I just need to replace my starter but since I had just recently bought this van, I wanted to reach to the community to make sure this sounds on track.
Sidenote: The previous owner swapped out the engine in 89 and converted it to a 4 speed automatic transmission instead of the traditional 3 on the tree manual. Not sure if this is relevant, but figure additional info always helps.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
