6.0 headgaskets
What are some ways and signs to check for headgaskets issues truck has 206,669 has 90 over injectors, stage 1 turbo, and s&b intake if that helps at all. Yesterday driving to work had plants of power but after work it felt gutless got to my other job and coolant was coming out of the degas bottle and upper rad hose was pretty firm drive home let it sit over night went to check the degas bottle had pressure in it taking the cap off but coolant didn’t rise at all oil is fine, no coolant in the oil

Overflowing the degas can be a sign of headgasket issues but can also be caused by other issues like a Rad cap that isn't holding or a blown EGR cooler. Or you could be simply overheating due to a fan clutch not working correctly.
Seeing as you are pushing quite a bit more power than stock there's a good chance you did blow the head gaskets as the heads on these trucks aren't very stout.
