Hi, Looking for help finding new coax connectors for my back up camera
I have a F350SD 6.7, I sometimes carry my truck camper which necessitates removing the tailgate. Not sure how it happened, but the center pin of the truck side of the connector broke off inside the tailgate side connector. The dealer denied warranty?????!!!!!! and gave me a $2800.00 estimate to replace both harnesses, and told me to call Ford customer care. I called them, but was told they will stand by what the dealer said????!!!
1.) How can I buy just the two coax connectors?
2.) Is there any way to talk to an actual Ford warranty person about the warranty denial?
