I apologize if this is asked alot or if I'm asking in the wrong section, but I just finished a motor swap on my 85 f150 (now has a rebuilt 302) it has a 4" lift and 35" tires, I'm struggling to get past 110kmh with my foot pinned to the floor. I'm running an np435 with an np208 tcase. I know the gearing on the 8.8 is currently 3.08 and I was wondering if swapping to 4.10 would be good enough to help me use my last gear a bit more. Or do I need to go "higher"? Edit: I do intend on taking it Off Road but nothing ridiculous

Reason: Clarification
have you tried using a gps or phone app to see if your speedometer is correct?
3.08 gears with 35 inch tires, at 110 KPH your engine should be running 2011 rpm. my guess is your speedometer is way off.

Yes 4.10 would be a good ratio for that setup, you will have to re gear the front as well. I can't imagine running 35s with 3.08 gears, no wonder you can't go that fast.

Thankfully it's driveable (not the nicest to drive) so I can save up the 1k needed to swap gears in both diffs
