"Delete connected services"

Does this option mean the modem is not installed? If so, that's a plus in my book. I contacted Ford Marketing to ask about a PCO, if they come through I'm ordering a new Tremor with Granger soon.

I believe that Connected Services is a “subscription” service so there’s no need for you to be concerned about it.

I understand how it works, but that's not my question. If you subscribe or not, the modem communicates with the cell phone network and is "live" in terms of knowing your location, speed, etc. like a smartphone and allows for OTA updates.

So, I want to know if the modem is not physically installed if you select the option to delete.
