Bed Support rail Questions
Hi!
Been a bit since my last visit, still working on the F350.
Total rewrite here, aside from mounting bolts not lining up, will a shorted from a 99 F150 fit on my 04 F350SD XLT short? using new rails, I can drill new holes in the frame for the bolts.
. Can anyone shed a little light on this subject for me, I sure would appreciate it! I'm lost!

Short answer is no.
Longer answer is that the body lines won't line up even if you're willing to drill new holes and make new brackets to hold it in place.
The F150 and Super Duties of those years shared very few parts.

Thanks for the reply I am not at all concerned with body lines / aesthetics at this point. :-) need a bed for the winter until I decide what I am going to do as far as a flatbed or wooden bed.
