This seat came with a pile of misc parts.
Can anyone help identify the year and model?
it has an ashtray on the back. The rear legs have been modified.
seatbelt is attached with a torx bolt.
I’m trying to locate a driver side seatbelt.
I would try take the cover off the passenger side seatbelt and search for a sticker or something showing a build date/ year then will need to search from there. Hopefully there is something on the retractor.
Then search for something with a second or even 3rd row due to ashtray in back someone sit behind it.
Station wagon, large sedan, suburban, 4 door pickup? Who knows google will be your friend here.
I think it's from a full size van second row. The passenger side seatbelt attached to the seat so it wasn't in the way of the accessing the 3rd row. The drivers side could have had a shoulder type belt retractor roof or pillar mounted and that's why its absent..(just a wild guess)

Agree on van guess, maybe around 74 by looks of upholstery and belt buckles.
