7.3 injector o-rings problem

7.3 injector o-rings problem
I have a 2001 ford f250 that I am having injector oring problems.
I had a injector giving me trouble so I removed the injectors put in new cups and replaced all the o rings. Did not put 30 miles on the truck when most of orings blew started pumping oil into the cylinders. I again removed the injectors and replaced the orings. Again about 40 or so miles started getting diesel in the oil.
I oiled the orings real good before I pushed them in what am I doing wrong?
I checked the cups there is no rough spots on them.
I have not pulled the injectors yet. The big red oring and all the new ones had big chunks pulled out of them.
Here in the little town I live in in SE Texas most of parts for this truck has to be ordered on line. We have an o'rielys but the parts are not the best.

It's not hard to get it right, so you've got something going on that might not meet the eye.
Where did you get the orings in question? If they weren't from ford, international, or a well-known diesel shop, they're probably not right.
I learned long ago that you stick with OEM stuff on the power strokes.
