I need a drivers side tail light with blind spot radar. Best place to buy ?

Check out salvage yard clearinghouse type websites. I found this one where there are several for $105. Of course shipping would be on top of this and many won't ship. But it's worth investigating.
The OP has no signature truck so I plugged in 2021 with incandescent light bulbs and blind spot. The search can be refined to LED and blind spot or no blind spot.

Do you need the housing and the BLIS module? My understanding these are two separate parts. The BLIS module often survives impact damage to the housing/lens and you just move it over to the new housing.

Not sure if the lens is different from non BLIS to accommodate the unit or not. I'd guess probably a difference.
