Mudding mishap
I have a 97 F250 with the 5.8 in it. I was out mudding today and ran through a decent size puddle. Immediately after driving out the truck started bogging down, it would still idle but would die when hitting the throttle. It turns over just fine but won’t start. I pulled the air filter immediately after and it was a little damp but wasn’t too wet or dripping. I haven’t gotten a chance to look everything over yet but I’m curious if anyone has an idea what the problem could be. I’m gonna pull all plugs tomorrow and turn it over to see if there’s sitting water. Anything else that should be done? Thanks.
