My 2017 F250 XLT had the instrument cluster with the bigger screen and digital gauges (minus speed and tach). It also came with a leather steering wheel which I already fixed on my '22😡. I assumed my '22 would have the same since I built it similar but I was disappointed to see it came with the 4.2" screen cluster. Has anyone attempted this swap without going through a third party? I am wondering if the programming such as mileage and hours can be done with Forscan. My buddy gets Ford parts at cost so worst case scenario I send it off for $190 to get done.

Figured I'd ask here rather than making a new thread as it is related. When it comes to programming the cluster, is it just the miles and hours one has to worry about? I have my eye on one with 5k miles on it, can I just do the swap when my truck hits those miles and then only need to adjust the hours with forscan?
edit:
I'm dumb I found the answer in another thread I had opened to a tab I forgot about. Sorry for bumping this guys
