I have a 2019 F150 Lariat 4x4 Super Crew with 5.0. I had to do some body work on the cab so i had to removed the bed. I carefully unhooked all the necessary electrical wires and fuel neck. Finished the work and installed the bed back. Now, the key fob and infotainment does not work. Also the tailgate will not open using the push button. I double checked all the wire harnesses for tightness. I used forscan and found many DTC error codes. What could cause all these codes to show up? Bad battery? I will have the battery checked out at O'reilly's today. I will look up each code but just wanted to see if anyone else had a similar issued maybe caused by a bad BCM or bad wire harness connection at the back of the truck.
I would crawl under and carefully follow each harness to make sure it didn't get pinched when you re-installed the bed and tightened it back down. A few pinched and bared wires inside a harness can cause all sorts of crazy issues.
I tried clearing the DTC codes using forscan and they will not reset. I will get back under the truck when it stops raining and check for any pinched wires. Please note I did drive the truck after the bed was removed which could have caused the error codes but I have reset the BCM module using forscan with no results.
Can you legally drive without the bed? Doesn't that lose the taillights and everything else aft of the cab? or were you just moving it around on your private property?

In Texas, if you put your lights and license plate on the truck somehow...you're good. I did many years ago when working on a truck.
I just used the factory harness to run the factory lights that I basically taped onto the bumper...and added my license plate. It was only for a day or two.
I think you are also supposed to add something along the lines of mud flaps, but I'm not 100% sure.
x3, definitely check for pinched wires and cable looms.
I would also check your grounding and bonding to make sure it's attached properly. I would use a wire brush and burnish all the grounding and bonding points. Coat them with Fluid Film after reassembly. If there were star washers or other hardware used in the OE grounding and bonding connections make sure you reuse it.
Had the same thing happen at a shop, its likely related to g400, on inside of RH frame rail a single ground for these 4 bulbs, ours was torn when the bed was lifted off. I am thinking this happened here too.
One whole section of Canbus is unhappy with you - maybe when you drove it with the bed off? It wouldn't be happy without the rear radar tail lights plugged in for starters, just based on one youtube I watched from Ford Tech Makuloko... But if you got everything hooked back properly, I would think the system would reset? Good luck...
