Slight Modification

I normally like my vehicles bone stock. I made a small change to my '87 F250. What could it be??

Sweet wooden step. Bet that makes checking the oil easier than having to reach for the dipstick.

Good guess, not the right answer. That's a piece of oak I use for when I take the headgear for the Fisher plow off. I've used it since since 2014 so it's due for replacement.

F O R D letters on the hood is the correct answer. I ordered a new F-150 in 1980 & I always like the the look, so I found some NOS letters for the '87.

The letters look good on the bull nose... Not so much on the brick nose, IMHO.

Yeah. Now he needs to change to a square or round tubular grill.

I didn’t expect you to do that. I, 100%, agree with Prototypemech but it’s your truck so as long as you like it.
