Adding sync

I just picked up a 17 f250 xl it has a after market jvc head unit I don’t think it came with sync could that be added or should I just get one of the full touch screens from American trucks. Was also wondering if I was able to swap lariat interior, back up sensors and tow mirrors?

Sync is a Ford software product within the audio system. If you've got an aftermarket system, it wouldn't have it and it's not something you could add. If you want Sync, you'll have to have a Ford system.

If your truck has steering wheel controls for the radio, then there are interface modules to connect the aftermarket radio to the steering wheel controls.
Lariat interior is a straight swap, but bet it will be too expensive to be worth it either.
Same with back up sensor capability.
With all you would spend, better to just trade trucks.
