Trying to decide

My new to me F-450 needs a cover. For the past 8 years, all my F-150 trucks had a topper on it. I enjoy the enclosed area as it keeps everything clean and dry, easy to use and get in and out of, and would love one for the F-450, but, getting one on and off is a Biotch! Even with my pallet forks, I would need to build a frame and get extensions in order to lift it. The short bed ones on the F150 were easy on and off, but 8' ones, more work than I want.

I have had Bakflip on my last F-350, but it came with the truck and was beat up pretty bad. The one thing I don't like is it blocks the back window when fully opened. I also have a bed box in the new truck, it is below rail, but not below enough for a retract. I could make it work by moving it forward, but I also don't wish to put out another $2K for one.

I want a hard cover, not a soft cover. I want it to seal good, stay dry inside. I want it to be easy to open and close by one person, and needs to be able to be open when towing with the 5th wheel and not block the back window.

I did see a rollup on, but read reviews that it is easily damaged when rolled up and traveling. I am leaning towards the bakflip, but not sure which model would work best. I think it would fold up flat to the last panel to work with the 5th wheel too, but want to verify.

Give me suggestions and ideas on which hard cover would work best for my use case.
