Front end alignment
How would a do-it-yourselfer do a front end alignment on a '56 F250 straight axle? I'm going to be changing the king pins and bushings.

As long as parts are tight, I just set the toe with a tape measure. Drives good and has 5000 miles on new tires- no funny wear.

I have 2 1/4”x 3” x 4’ angle iron that I lay against the outside of the tires. Measure the front and back. I think you want a 1/16” to 1/8” less at the front.
