Hi guys, picked up a shortbed frame the other day, it is 3rd hand since the original project so I’m not sure on the details. Would one of you be able to decipher details to confirm what I bought? Thanks as always.
Everything you need to know to decode a vin is in link below......but the vin itself will only give you limited info, Series (F100, F250, F350, etc), engine size, Assembly plant, and month it was built. If you had the data plate, more things would be revealed.
Ok cool at least the year is confirmed. I believe the data plate is gone. The cab he had had nothing on it at all, it was in primer. I will see if he has the tags somewhere. Thanks.
