No crank

I have a 97 f-250 7.3 zf5.I was at the beach today went to start up my truck and it wouldn’t crank. I checked all my fuses they are fine.if I turn the key to the on position and cross the starter solenoid it started right up. But I don’t have my speedometer or odometer but all other gauges work fine.I have taken off my clutch safety switch a long time ago and crossed the wires so I wouldn’t need it. I’m confused at what could be going on as I’ve checked the fuses that are applicable.
also my abs light is now on when it is on.

check those crossed wires, maybe somethinng fell off
i had my key switch fail and do same thing
just have to start going through it to find where it isnt working.

got a new solenoid didn’t fix my cranking problem also got a new ignition switch

We multi metered it and it showed power I have a feeling it’s to do with the clutch safety switch system

i hear some clicking coming from the relay/fuse box but no clicking from the solenoid

if you have power to the coil of the relay and it dont click then its either bad or maybe its not self grounding

do you know the part number and provide a pic of it?
