I pulled a fuse box at junkyard but when I got home I noticed pt #was different, it was dark when I took mine out didn't see burnt plug in, the pink one so I went back and got a plug , mine had an extra wire so I added a wire, I think it might be in the fuel relay area

Yeah, each year has specific circuits on the fusebox circuit board. Unique to that model run. You probably got one from a 2005 or newer, and that circuit board doesn't have the fuel relay circuit at all. So your fuel pump won't run. You need to either send your original out for repair ( look on eBay...) or order a brand new one from one of the Ford parts suppliers, with the correct part number for your Expy. This happens all the time when folks pull a fusebox from a junkyard.
I did a ton of research and learned how to rewire a harness, got the plug perfect I thought, tried to crank it, every light bulb that is in it were blinking, when I turned over everything went dead,, I don't have a key fob, so I fried everything or it's possibly security system issue????, Thank you guys for listening,
This part # is not the same as mine, mine starts with 3L
Yeah the p/n on the actual fusebox itself is different. The way they sell it is as a kit, which is just the fusebox along with the power cable that runs from the battery down to the fusebox. If your existing cable is in good shape you just need to swap out the fusebox itself. But if your cable got burned, or has a lot of corrosion on it you can use the new cable that comes in the kit.
