Guessing you might be able to make one of these work if it needed some adjustments for your earlier truck. I could have sworn that someone was making the same piece for the wrong bed aka 1957-1960 but I can't find one so far.

Thanks for the pics. That rust isn’t what I’m looking for. My truck is rust free.
The panel is just beat and stretched from unsecured loads bouncing around in the bed.

The new replacement panels will not be the correct height. The Unibody is about an inch taller... The indentations are about 3" shorter as well on the 64-66 bed panel. I just measured my 64 compared to my Uni. I bought a trailer off Craigslist for $200. Still has the Dana 44 under it as well. I am going to cut that panel from that trailer for use on my 62. Mine is pretty straight but rusted in the lower 1".

Heck, I'd give you $200 for the tailgate, you break even and still have everything.
I will keep you in mind if I decide to sell it, I am keeping it for now as it is better than the one on my parts truck. The "bed trailer" search on Marketplace and Craigslist has yielded 3 beds so far... and I am only out $650 for all three! (one wrongbed, one 64 longbed, and this Uni)
