Question Filter Location - Help

Help, new owner here and I can't find the fuel filter local on my '99 PSD. I've looked where the supplemental Manual told me to look and can't find it. I feel really stupid right about now. I'm not mechanic by any means, but I've done my fair share of work on vehicles in the past. I'm just lost on this one. Thanks to all.

Its under the black plastic "hood" that says powerstroke on it. From what I recall on 99 models you have to remove the plastic hood to be able to get to it. It should be directly under it.

Don't, it took me a while to find it the first time to. At least your doing it, these things will go for ever if you take care of them.
