2004 Ford F-250 6.0 started out running bad and thought was an injector and it’s slowly gotten worse so the customer parked it. Has problems starting and idles rough and has no power just trying to find a starting point on this project any help is appreciated.

I would say check all main harness connectors by slight tug and pull. Check the ficm connections. It's throwing some instrument cluster codes too. Could be ground issue. Any mods or work done to the truck recently? Could also had rodent chew on some harnesses. Of course check all fuses. I know its tedious but highly recommend.
