hpop issues

hpop issues
03 6.0. truck would shut off when hot. checked hpop and it was about 40% duty cycle at idle. hold it at 2k rpms would go to 85%. so I tore into it. changed every o ring and stand pipes in heads. changed hpop,ipr, and icp. fired it it and when hot 54% and at 2k rpms goes to 85%. some of rings inside of injectors were hard and leaking air. no air leaks now. imgonna check low oil pressure. is it possible that low pump not pumping enough volume to keep up with hpop?truck 124k miles. any ideas be great

Need to verify that base oil pressure -- and the oil filter, many problems have started with non-Ford filters and caps
also check the oil filter drain valve to see that it can close when the filter is installed
seen adapter rings from off brand filters get left down in the housing, this causes problems with the drain valve
One other possibility, and also related to the filter ("supposed" to catch all the junk) -- is the screen under the oil cooler with junk on it -- this can cause low flow to the intake of the HPOP
