There are tons of options. Really depends what seats you want to go with. Grabbing a complete set of bucket and console from a like model/year will be the easiest. Thats pretty much a dozen bolts or so, if that.
Yes, the 40-20-40 from a regular or crew cab pickup should bolt right in. If, however, your new seat is from a Bronco or a Supercab you may have some drilling to do since the brackets from these applications are 6 point instead of 4 point mounting; and the outboard 4 bolts (in the prior style) are in different locations than those of the latter.
If you do find yourself needing to drill new holes to mount your seat, PLEASE be sure to use suitable washers to spread out the stress on the floorpan sheet metal. Otherwise, in the event of an accident you, and your new seat may all become projectiles! We don't want to see that happen:
