94 F350 7.3IDI Turbo Diesel, Banks Sidewinder, Toyo 35” Open Country on Hulk Rims, 4.56 gear ratio


Gents,

I am shopping for some fuel injectors to install on a newly rebuilt 7.3idi for my 94 F350.. I was looking for older threads where the I could get a solid answer on what is the difference between these injectors below.

• B code
• BB code
• C code
• D code
• G code

Is it a depending where you live weather relating?

I found some stanadyne G code injectors a se of 8.. Not cheap..

I could be wrong, but I think the difference is the pop pressure. That list shortens to BB and G codes, G was factory turbo I think. BB was N/A.


Either I think will work, as long as all 8 are the same code.

 

Btw that is a very clean sharp truck, looks great!

I bought new Stanadyne injectors from the auto parts store. I don't recall what letter was stamped on them. Be glad you don't have a PSD. The injectors run $300+/per. As I recall I spent less than $400 for all 8 injectors a few years ago.
