The entire economy is taking a big hit with massive inflation. Large numbers of people have pulled back spending. Our local home sales dropped 50% from May '21 compared to May'22 and inventory has doubled. I see big price reductions daily now when a year ago people were bidding over asking first day on the market, no matter what it was. Correction might be too gentle a term for the crash we are about to see IMO.
Its a cycle we are all stuck in unfortunately.
