Just installed lift.
Sat we threw the Tuff Country 2.5" lift on my F-250. It added well over 3" to the front of the truck. 2.5 inch add a leaf pack plus it took all the neg arch out of the spring. Combined with the fact I changed all the rubber bushings with poly ones. I'm guesing its pushing close to the 4" mark. Measuring off the rubber molding on the sides its dead nuts level. I even put a level on the bed rail. i have exactly 12.5" between the tire and fender lip front and rear. I can even crawl under the plow mount. And I an't exactly a thin guy.
