Anyone put sumo springs on a 2020 f350 dually I phoned them they said they don't have for my truck it has a 3" block between springs and overload. Truck is bone stock. Thought I've heard others doing this?

They just mean they dont have a out-of-box with good directions and all hardware for your year truck.
There are different mounting techniques for the different model years as well as spacer differences in the rear and associated bolt lengths as well as the same for the front but may include needing to table saw trim some .
I put a set that came off my 2010 f-450 on my 2019 f-450 and there was a worled of difference in mounting...but since I already had them...worked thru it.
if your handy, I would look at your mounting method for your bump stops and then review different year summo spring PDF's to see which would work the best.
