302 stalls
I have a 95 f150 with a 5 speed and a 302. When ever i start out it will stall. i have to rev the engine and slip the clutch really bad to get it to start out. the motor does not sputter or anything. it just dies like the fuel or spark is cut off. i have replaced the MAP sensor 2 times and nothin has helped. Other than that the motor runs great and has lots of power.

no idle
My truck used to stall at idle.
The shop said it was heavily carboned up at the intake. This is supposed to be common with the 302.
They cleaned it out and it runs like a charm now.
Might be worth checking.
