when I was doing research for this, I came across this list. I will note that its from someone else and I cant confirm accuracy, but I believe these have the 3g alternator that use the same bolt pattern.
hope this helps!
I got mine from Oreillys for a 94 Mustang with a 5.0. This wasn't the cheapest bet, but has a lifetime warranty. I also purchased the painless wire harness for converting to 3G. This came with good instructions and took out guess work and other misc. purchases. Check out this thread too that I did on the swap. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...isconnect.html You'll loosen the 3 bolts and 'clock' the alternator so the plug is easy to install and not against the block. Not a big deal, but take your time and be gentle.
With the 3G upgrade I added a ground from the engine block to the frame. No more flickering lights and it charges perfect. I did disconnect the amp gauge as it's not made for 12v power. The only down fall to the upgrade in my opinion.
I Installed the Small Case 3g, 95amp alternator. Ordered for 1995 Ford E-350 7.5L V8.
And it works great. I was a little worried about clearance between the alternator case and the engine block which is why I went with the small case.
Original on my 1968 F250 was a 38 amp. I also run to large Spal electric fans- no problem. I removed the original pulley and installed it on the 3G case.
