Working on my new to me 69 F250 and have been looking for emblems but hitting dead ends.
They must have been removed when the truck was painted several years ago and I'm starting to understand why they didn't replace them.

Even found a fairly recent youtube video in a junkyard with a CS sitting in the background with emblems on it. Talked to the guy but never heard back from him.

I don't know if you are still searching for them, but I have a 68-69 Camper Special and 390 emblem I want to sell, if you are interested. The Camper Special emblem is snapped in one place, but could probably be repaired if you know how to do it.
