Did you "PULL" them with puller riged from pipe, 7/16NC threaded rod, nut, washers, etc ... or ... did you "KNOCK" them through from up top?
Many will want to know.
I have this same job facing me this summer, I want to pull them, but I think it's gonna require bigger than just 3" ID pipe, more like 3-1/4" as I recall. As I understand it, lower sort of "locks" itself inside the upper at manufacture time.

No it just came apart. Though I was thinking about some kinda of puller to seperate sleeves so mabe they arent ruined. I assumed they had calapsed and rust fuzzed together.
Ill look more into it later. I need a nap before dealing with them more.

Thank you. bronco graveyard lists them and appear to be instock. Also some list just a single sleeve instead of a two peice ford fubar thing.
You can buy the bottom part of mount at Bronco graveyard new , I made the upper section , turned out good ,,when I removed mine I cut the top of mount off and then separated the sleeves with heat and welded thick washers to the top to replace , and purchased new lower sections
Im strapped for cash a pump for my cummins is in route. Should be able to reuse these tourged to spec whatever that is.
might have to make a smaller puller for the core support
I had measured thinking 3" was right, but quickly realised was gonn need to be more like 3-1/4" ID pipe. Looks like you maybe took larger pipe and cut a sliver out and rewelded it?
Passenger rear is fighting me now thought it might Pop easily so I tried a puller
then long all thread with a 1/4" plate across frame and exhaust nope stripped the threads on the all thread. So removed exhaust then pump showed up for my dodge. Was like christmas
set my idle fuel pressure
Then squeezed bike out.
Fords going to have to sit for a few.
The drivers side body line is lining up now took some muscling to get it back centerd on body brackets.
One more to go then setvon the the New poly bushings.
mmonday castor bushings get here thats far easier than these body mounts and will be a dramatic improvement in straight line driving.
Then steering will be tackled with track bar. In another month or two, after steering shocks kinda on the slow rd to new rubber on the ground
Decided to pull the lastvone last night. Welded a grade 8 bolt together to use instead of all thread. Got it pulled but it peddled the upper back like a leaf. Pressed it back straight on the press.
Sittin all new poly now just got button it up at some point this weekend and redo tail pipecsince its off.
