Exhaust Filter
After towing heavy fifth wheel trailer over wolf creek pass I started to get exhaust filter cleaning message then exhaust filter service now msg in red, followed by exhaust filter drive to clean message. After reading a couple of threads that said it might go into limp mode, got a little nervous because I still had another pass to go over. Not too much info on this message, but we filled up the DEF tank prior too and turned off the exhaust braking, I had done a fresh oil change before we left and new air filter, new fuel filter also. The three message came on about 3 times in sequence, kept my towing speed about 45-50 mph RPMs about 2-3k. Long and behold just prior to the next pass I got a exhaust filter cleaned cycle complete message. I did notice as I drove the red warning of service now decreased in coming on, which was a good sign . Just my 10 cents on my experience.
