Home shop tire changing machine?

Anyone have suggestions on a good tire changer for a home shop that can handle 19.5" tires? I'd like to be able to change my own tires on my vehicles as well as my trailers. 19.5s would be the primary use (F450), but also16's (trailers) and perhaps my wife's car which has 20's on it.

Doesn't need to be the most automated/fastest/easiest way, but needs to do the job without breaking or being totally out of it's league. I see lots of talk about Mayflower machines, looking like a changer/balancer can be had from them <3K. But I'd like to hear experience from anyone who has one.

That combo isn't cheap, but, compared to a "real" setup like you'd see in a tire shop, it's pennies on the dollar. Could be 5X as much for a real "commercial" machine. I'd love to find one locally, but, after quite a bit of looking, I've not seen anything that's even close to what I need.

Figure this thing will probably have a 10-15 year payback period (until I've changed enough tires to make it pay for itself). But the convenience, that has value. And not having to deal with local (awful) tire shops, also, quite valuable to me.

when i was in the market for tire machine and balancer, i found them on craigs list.
picked up a coats 4040-sa for $350, and a snap on wheel balancer for $250.
up until 2 years ago i used to maintain 14 vehicles so they paid for themselves within two years.
i was looking to get a rim clamp, but at 1/10 the price these used units were well worth the effort of using an older machine.

I have a Derek Weaver tire mounting machine and balancer. Asian made with US support. Mounted up to 24" tires. It works great, and is a super convenient splurge.
