Volare front clip
Will a 15x8 wheel with a 4.25 backspace and -6 offset fit under the front of a Volare clip? 1956

I had a 56 with the volare, I had 15x8 4 1/4 backspace, it worked but was tight on the brake caliper, I believe the -6 offset you are talking about must be with the tire mounted. I was running 70 series tires do not remember the size. On my panel which has the Volare I have 16x7 with 4" back space, 225/60R16 Goodyear tires. A -5 offset with this setup, if I aam correct on what the offset is. In your case I would say you are fine, the tire will be pretty close to your steering pitman arm. I went with 16's because they fill the wheel well better.
