So I just snagged a 06 f250 with the v10 and drives fine, but when I want to rev it in park it slowly crawls up to 3k. That’s not normal for this v10 is it?
I've experienced the same. A slow rev to 3k when in park. I thought maybe this was a symptom of my current issue with slowing down and dying but I guess not

In my case I was just sorting out an issue where the engine dies as it comes back down to idle. I noticed the rev up was slow and it topped at 3k. So I wasn't sure if that was normal or related to my issue. I was expecting a quicker rev up and higher RPM.
