Quick question. I have 2013 F150 5.0 4x4. Trying to figure what happened to my CV. Either it has pulled away from the housing or the seal has just moved. Nothing moves when I try to push/pull by hand and nothing has changed with my steering. I showed my buddy that works in a shop and he didn't think it could pull out and that a seal is missing or something. I cannot recall how this looked when correct. I had replaced some components maybe a year ago, so I should have some idea on this but I'm feeling clueless. Please ignore my redneck duct tape in the image.
Just curious before I dig deeper if anyone has an idea of what could have happened? Thanks in advance.
