So my 76 f250 highboy with what appears to be the original 360 and NP granny box transmission, non a/c truck has a few extra wire connections behind the dash. They weren’t plugged in to anything and I cannot find them in my wiring diagrams. One is a brown wire and an orange wire in a single female plug and the other is a duel plug with a solid blue wire and a green wire with a pinkish red stripe. The come out of the harness above the emergency brake behind the light switch. I have no idea what they may be for.
The yellow 3 hole plug right behind the single bullet connect...does it have 12V key power? As far as the 2 wire (solid blue wire and a green wire with a pinkish red stripe) that looks like the OEM radio speaker plug for the dvrs side door. Does it have door speakers?
That yellow connector is hot with key on. It has 3 females and on mine the one plugged into it goes to my wiper switch. This truck only had AM radio with single speaker under the dash. The cab and doors have not been drilled for door speaker wires.
My diagrams say that 3 hole yellow connector feeds wiper switch, speed control amplifier and 4 wheel indicator lamp switch for my truck. Which I don’t have the last two.

It is very common to have wires for accessories not on the truck, in case a customer came into the dealership and wanted to add it. The dealer could just connect to the wires instead of needing to wire the whole thing in. Just easier in mass production.
