Dies when Warm

Dies when Warm
So I have a 92 f350 standard with 351. Bought it about a month ago has about 71,000 miles on a crate motor.
After running truck for 30 minutes or so get it warm. Temp never got up to normal on gauge.Check engine light comes on. Pulled codes and Egr close high voltage, and o2s lean. Changed egr, egr position sensor, engine temp sensor.
Same scenario. Temp comes up fine now but still when gets warm up, get codes for egr close high volt, and o2s lean. But now if I let out of it and push clutch in it will die. Fires right back up. No rough idle or sputtering. Just after warm if I push clutch in and take load off dies. Any help would be appreciated.
