Anyone thats tackled this have tips for me?
how difficult is it to remove and replace ?

 

It is a PITA. No tips just remember how you took the old one out. Getting the new felts in was the hardest part for me.

 

I figured PITA was coming.
I think getting glass back right and rolling up and down is the part I am most concerned with.
I have never messed with glass components before.

 

For me, I struggled with the windows more than anything else on the truck. I would suggest taking the door off and up on a stand or table for a lot of the work. Of course, you will want the door upright when trying to align the glass.

 

Take lots of pictures, bag and tag hardware, don't wait as long as I did before getting back to it.
