1995 f250

Going to look at a 95 250 with the 460 in it. Truck is 4x4 and in decent shape. Has about 235k miles on it. Decent body, not terrible rust. I need it for a beater farm truck. Guy claims it has fuel that runs out of the exhaust manifold on passenger side. Don't know anything about it, but he wants a grand or best offer.

What should I look for?

Possible causes?

If there's fuel running out of an exhaust port, best case scenario is a secondary ignition problem (no spark). Worst case is no compression on that cylinder.
