Dash lighting help

I have and 85 f250 and I'm looking to replace the indicator lights on the dash. The turn signal and high beam plastic are both missing and I was wondering if I can buy replacements or what I would have to do to replace them .

I don't know if anyone makes / sells them as I don't think I have seen them.

Could just use colored LED bulbs in them but I can tell you the high beam is bright. My sone have to put scotch tape over it to tone it down some.

The other is hit the art store for the colored celafane and glue it over the openings.

Yeah that's kinda what I thought too. I have bare bulbs showering that are just too bright and I have looked everywhere for replacements and can't find any. So I was wondering if anyone here knew a place to find them. I'll probably go the arts and craft way. Thank u for the answer
