it is a kit from LMC. Was trying to put the piece on back of the cab behind the seat. It seems too big. One edge has a finish edge. Does it go on top under the window? Is it suppose to go under the back window seal? How is it anchored?

sorry I should have noticed it was on the floor. I got your info on ac unit and have looked it up thank you. Will the ac unit fit with stock heater?
I am getting ready to install my carpet in my 49. I too bought the carpet kit from LMC. I got the molded carpet with no holes. I got to take the Lokar shifter handle off to cut the hole for the shifter and I guess I need to take the column out to find that hole better instead of cutting a slot in the carpet. I have the same swivel base you have. How did you do yours?
NO-NO-- you do not take shiftier handle off-- take your seat out start in the back weight it down so it does not move roll it front to the bottom of handle square it off measure to center of shiftier mark bottom side of carpet then cut a round hole in -- then lift up high over stick do your back of cab carpet then move on --- ( EASY ) -- you have a shiftier boot slides down over shiftier when all done
At steering column go up to front mark put round hole in a SLIT the back to end of carpet I use double face tape under slit and heat gun NEVER SEE SLIT---
I do not know how this works on molded carpet never needed to use molded --- GOOD LUCK
