Tracing AC issue 2000 E350

Tracing AC issue in my 2000 E350 super dutyAC audibly clicks every 10 seconds or so when turned on (relay?) but does not coolI recharged freon which was low but issue persistsWhere do I look next?

You need to get a proper reading of the low and high-side levels with a set of manifold gauges. Over charging the system can yield to no cold air.

Using the charging reader, I am good on high pressure side. Low pressure side drops from good to low each time AC clicks. Pressure then goes right back up
