Am I thinking to much

One of the rollers doesn’t seat all the way to the back like on the opposite side. Before I start tearing stuff up. I was gong to assemble it and see how it works. What do you all think?
thanks

The upper roller has a parallel top and bottom, the lower roller sides are at an angle to each other.

Before I installed mine, I had the same issue. But when the hood is closed the roller doesn't go all the way back. So it's not a problem.

Good catch! No reason to fabricate brackets with that much variance. The upper rail is meant to contact the roller so that the hood does not bounce up...I might be a bit OCD but if it were me I would be sure that both brackets matched.
