I'm not going to load this thread up with dealer photos, Ford stock photo's etc., but yes, various factory installed wheel styles on the 20-22 Super Duty come with the exposed lug style caps. Most, if not all of the SRW 20" wheels have exposed lugs, and as shown above, the 18" polished/chrome/pvd whatever they are called version of the wheel you and the OP have, look to come with the open lug variety. The Tremor wheel, which is just a black version of the 18" XLT wheel also have open lug caps(in black). It's just something you probably never payed much attention to, but will likely notice now.
