Scan tool

I have just purchased a 07 f450.I am looking for the lowest price scan tool that will read icp,ipr pressure and will help me diagnose non start conditions.wow I just looked at my membership and I've been a member for 21 years😀

Forscan free version will do that. I have it and also bought an OBII reader off Ebay for another $20. You can use your phone with wifi, it's not as reliable as the OBII though...

I looked at the forscan and I am confused on the adapters.i read reviews saying not to buy the elm327 adapters off Amazon ,they are bogus counterfeits.i want the adapter to go to my laptop not the Bluetooth one.so what adapters is everyone using.?

I have been using the ELM 327 Interface v1.5 with MS-HS can switch for several years now with no issues...

I bought the OBDLink EX FORScan Adapter from Amazon and it has worked perfectly.

If you buy your ELM327 adapter from a reputable manufacturer/distributor, then you'll be fine. They're just cautioning you against the cheap knock-offs that are out there. The OBDLink adapters are good stuff.
