E150 86 van has no dash lights, radio, horn, heat or cigarette lighter utility. Replaced the fuse I thought was the issue and still no luck. Any diagrams out there? Could the port for the fuse be bad? Also I have some hanging wires here is anyone has suggestions? Thank you.
The dash lights, horn, and cigarette lighter plug should all be constant power regardless of is the ignition switch is on or not.
does fuse #9 have power on it? Do your interior dome/cargo lights work?
This $9 book would really help you out. It is a Ford factory electrical/vacuum troubleshooting manual and will have all of the diagrams you need. https://www.ebay.com/itm/184839005422
I have one for a 1981 and one for my 1988 E150. The fuse block is completely different on my 88 E150 perhaps because it has EFI instead of a carb.
Do you have a alternator warning light or a alternator ammeter on the instrument cluster? I ask because they have different power distribution diagrams.
Keep in mind that this is from a 1981 but at least has the same fuse block. My 85 has the same fuse block but also has a feedback carb controlled by an EEC. So the EVTM I linked you to would be specifically for your van where these diagrams may guide you in the right direction..
Is there a tag on that loose wire in your hand and what does it say?
Also top right of the pic shows a Motorcraft blinker. Just below it is a ground bar. That bar must be clean and all terminals making good contact. That is the ground bar for most all of your accessories and taillights. Check that ad check for a bad fuse link by using a meter before and after any fuse links you find.

Pah attention to any fuse links that you find.

The little purple wire has a 79 labeled on it. The dome lights don’t work. Nor does any auxiliary camper equipment. I’ll use the voltmeter to determine what has power. It’s a camper econoline with an old fridge. I’ll send more pictures
Check the black with orange and the grey with yellow 12v. power feeds into the headlight switch needs 12 volts on each wire (grey one is fused)
Those diagrams should have the same colors Analeigh Good job
