Hello Tony ,Captain Lee's rust away is it very very aggressive rust remover/ Descaler as it uses a combination of acids. This particular solution removes rust very rapidly and should be neutralized with water and then treated with a phosphoric acid metal prep .Evapo-rust uses a chelation type system which takes longer. Captain Lees is a good fast-acting dipping solution for nuts bolts Fasteners .
